This is the second time I am complaining about R1800 deposit that is owed to me from December 2012.
My rental car was involved in a accident that was not my fault, the car was parked and a lady reversed into it.
I dont know what else me and the lady involved in the accident need to do. Claims have been settled, assessments have been done by Outsurance, First Car has been paid by the 3rd party, and all I get told everytime I call Amanda/Rosemary in Durban claims dept. is: "we ll get back to you, the claim is in process"
or "Outsurance hasnt contacted us" - this is a lie.
My family have spent tens of thousands of Rand with First Car Rental over the years. Never again...
I want my money back.. this feels like.
I have been to and messed around now for 4 months, First Car rental obviously doesnt give a about customer care or employing the right people for the Job.
I am going to make a concerted effort to notify and warn everybody I know by any means - about the poor and outright useless service I have
