A big thank you to Wendy Groth from Outsurance claims department and Braam Willemse from SAIS. We had a vehicle accident during the 2012 December holidays, vehicle was badly damaged and in the middle of the Kruger park with my caravan sitting in the camp. During the holiday Wendy and Braam arranged everything for me, towing the car; arranging for an upgraded vehicle rental to tow my caravan, and by the time we got back from holiday the vehicle was already written off and within a week paid out. Thank you guys - that is why I honestly recommend Outsurance to everyone I meet. I have had some claims with you over the past 15 years and I have never had any major hassles with a claim. Thanks for all your effort over the holiday season getting things organized, at least you made the experience less painful.
