VISA pay points not operating

The service station at Gugulethu Ny3A had a poster advertising the competition, however the gentleman that was assisting me advised that I could not take part as their VISA pay points were not functitioning. To me this was unacceptible as it meant that everyone whom tried to take part in the competition was unable to at that service station. There was no note to say the pay points do not work, and there was no alternative solution advised.

I've entered the competition at the Canal Walk Shell and the one in Maitland with no troubles at all. I feel my chances were diminished by the Ny3A service station. The service station manager needs to please be informed to uphold their service station to Shell national acceptible standards.
