AMAZED BY SHELL SERVICE STATION IN SILVERTON

A mistake was made by one of the attendants at the Service Station, in that a car was fueled with Petrol in stead of Diesel. I thought we are going to be in for one of a ride to get it rectified, but, even though it was after hours, the owner and management handled everything excellent. All problems was solved immediately and without any hesitation from their side. No follow up telephone calls had to be made from our side, as we were kept informed at all times. Thanks Shell Silverton, for the excellent way in which this was handled.
