Advertising levy not paid due to "incorrect" brand

I submitted my photos like one should do every month punctually from the 1st to the 7th of the month. Then in March 2013 i get this popup telling me that "Dear Advertising Partners,

Please note that our agreement with Hollard Insurance has come to an end. All partners with Hollard branding on their vehicles will receive new branding material which is to be applied on their vehicles.

I explicitly stated that i have Hollard advertising material on my car in the March 2013 and April 2013 submissions. Now last month i got my advertising levy from them without any problems, as stated in the contract i have with this company. When i check today i see that they have not paid me for the April 2013 submission because i am driving around with the incorrect branding. Now i did not receibe any further information as is still stated on their website. Just to clarify this message is still on their website today. I have received any message or emails as to whether i should take my car in or what i should do regarding this. This means i will not get a sent for this month as well, as i still have the old branding. i am very unhappy andfeel cheated
