Ad Price incorrect, submitted App witout my consent

I was browsing the Internet & came across an Audi S3 the Advertised purchase Price S3 was R 209 950.00 on S4 Dealership website. I have substantial proof of the ad, and the Offer to purchase from the dealership. I Submitted an app to S4 Dealership for the price of R 209 950.00. On Thursday 21/02/13 Byron contacted me in the morning informed that I was approved at R 209 950.00 but there was an issue.
Issue is price of the S3 was advertised incorrectly & should have been R 239 950.00 per Byron. I told Mohammed Paruk (DP) the incorrect pricing is not my error, as I had turned down another deal for a Golf 6R purely for the Audi s3. Issue is that S4 Auto Dealership without my consent submitted an application to the Bank for R 239 950.00. DP told me due to their negligence S4 will sell to me at R 209 950.00. Byron told me to collect the car on friday 22/02/13, 1 hr later he call to say car is sold. My scoring is affected wit my bank my affordability is lower & Interest Higher. The Integrity of S4 is pathetic and from a Regulatory perspective a client must consent to an application before submitting.
