My car (Audi Q7) had problem with the suspension on the 6th June so the car had to be taken in urgently to Audi N1 City. We received a call to say they have diagnosed the problem and would send a report to Motorrite.3 days later Motorrite had not received anything from Audit N1 City. We did not get a feedback either, from Audi on any progress made. On Thursday 13th June Motorrite said they had not received anything from Audi N1. Getting in touch with Deon from Audi is always very difficult, he is either busy on a call or out. We were not offered a courtesy car from Audi or any feedback on any correspondence to motorrite. Audi N1 City needs to be proactive and keep the customer up todate. And If a customer has their car in for more than 3 days, it should be automatic that you get offered a courtesy car. This is totally unacceptable. It's almost 2 weeks that we are without a car and Audi does not seem bothered. AUDI N1 CITY I need my car, i need to get to work and to get my children to school without any stress of asking for lifts. It is very disappointing to spend so much money on a vehicle and then you get such service.
