2 messages left at Nissan SA H.O. not returned!

To date, 2 messages left for Adelaide at Nissan SA and not a sungle call returned. I have driven a few weeks now since the brakes on my Micra were skimmed for the 2nd time by the dealership but the noise has returned and it is now constant whenever I brake. It is a high-pitched noise. The brakes also "take" late and the pedal feels soft.
The car is also a rattle trap and despite many attempts by the great staff at Motordeal Johannesburg, the rattles have returned.
As Nissan is very aware, the experience of driving this vehicle has really been frustrating, and I have lost count of the amount of times it has been returned with brake noises and rattles. Never before has a new car given me this much frustration and you'll no doubt agree that buying a new car should be an exciting and pleasurable experience, which it has not been for me. I chose Nissan as I have heard from so many people that Nissan vehicles are so reliable.
I really do hope that I am the only unlucky one and that my car is a dud. I need a final solution from Nissan South Africa urgently. I fail to understand why the brakes can't be replaced at Nissan's cost as surely this might solve the issue?
