Scratch'd

Tool car in for a service at vw tokai and it came back with my windows spoilt could not see through them then they also removed my sticker of the branch where I bought my car from. Took it back asked them why they did it they said they being doing it for years. But I never gave them permission to do it. After my car came back from them cleaning the windows I noticed they scratch'd my car and yes they denied it. They however said they would send some1 out to have it check'd out and to see what they can do. However it has been 2 months now and nothing not even there service manager call'd me to find if it was sorted out. I laid a complaint with Vw and they responded telling me they (Tokai VW) do not know about this event at Tokai Vw. Please people do not use them as something will eventually happen to your car and they will deny it. I would like.them to come back to me about this event
