2nd Hand car sales

Hi,

Recently bought 2 cars from Kia fourways, the service was great when they were in the process of getting the deals through, they were quick and friendly. However as soon as the deals were done the sales person we bought the cars from became very rude and very irritable with us when we followed up on thing he had promised us throughout the deal. My boyfriend was waiting for a new license plate and when he went to go and collect them from the sales person he was dealing with my boyfriend was told to put them on himself and then proceeded to ask my boyfriend if he does not own a driver! This is only one of the many complaints we have about the one particular sales person.

Kia is doing so well with their new cars but if this is the kind of service customers experience when actually purchasing a Kia im not sure i ever want to refer anyone to them. This is exactly why i got rid of my last car and went to Kia because of bad service and attitude!
