I am a Canadian married to an Afrikaaner, and we went to Citton Cars to search for a more appropriate vehicle for our needs, as we are expecting our first child. We had a small 2 seat bakkie and wanted to upgrade to a safer bakkie, one that suited all our needs. Citton was the 10th or 15th car lot we stopped at in a 2 week period, and when my husband spotted our new Ranger, it was Fanuel who approached us for help. I can honestly say that since living in SA, I have not been very happy with the level of customer service anywhere, longing for the standards I'm used to in North America. Fanuel exceeded our needs and expectations in every single way. He listened to us intently to determine what we needed and could manage, and settled all my fears for my personal safety and the safety of the baby when it comes. Above all he was not a typical pushy car salesman, in fact quite the opposite. When my husband was eager to jump the gun and make the deal before we had properly considered things, Fanuel was just as quick to caution us to go away and take some time to consider all factors including our budget. We will be recommending him personally to everyone we know in search of a new vehicle!
