Tired of people taking me for a ride

We applied for a car from Hyundai the glen, it was all approved. We were rushed into making a deposit into their account which we did. We were then told to go in and sign the documents, getting there to sign we were only then told (sorry it was declined). Now we have another deal and want to put a deposit down for the new car and Hyundai will not give us our money back.
I am so tired of people taking us for a ride. My next step is going viral, (facebook - 3rd degree - twitter - carte blanche, and maybe even a great blog)
We also having people putting the phone down on us. what is going on with the customer services. I am stunned that people have these great jobs and still treat people like this.
If I do not get a response within the next 24 hours it will be going viral
