Hyundai South Africa
Bad after sales service with an unservicable radio

Cars & Transport

In the purchase of buying my Hyundai i10, it was made clear to the salesman that I did not have the deposit ready at the time, I ended up applying for finance 3 times, first time approved - then suddenly declined, then applied again - with no notice that it was going to expire in 30 days, 2 days before expiry I was asked about the deposit which i still did not have, 3rd time lucky applying. I'll give you guys a thumbs up for bargaining with ABSA for me. From test drive until now it has been quite sluggish sales service - mainly a lack of communication. Except for when it was wanted on a personal level during the purchase. - Stewart
Less than 3 months later, the audio system stopped working completely. After taking it to Hyundai Pinetown, I was not told what was actually wrong with it - even when asked. But it was suggested that it would be easier to get a new radio fitted - however, they were on order. Contact was promised in the next few days. Its going on 3 weeks now. This is getting ridiculous. How many Hyundai's are being sold without radios if this is the case? Car great. Service - I'll choose a different branch in the future. - Trudie
