Charged R6100.00 and same fault after!!

So my dad took in my Chevrolet Aveo Sedan in for repairs. I was quoted around R6100.00 for the timing to be fixed and a few parts. They assured me that the car would run properly after the repair. I got the car back and nothing changed!! The car still does the same thing!! They told me its a problem with the computer box which they can not fix (they stated that it looses its memory after driving) So I took it directly to Chevrolet and guess what? They tell me that they need to fix the timing and a few other parts yet NOTHING ABOUT THE COMPUTER BOX!! How can I pay over R6000 for the same fault and on top of that just to get rid of me!!! Now Chevrolet is charging me R9000 for the same thing!!! I should have just taken my car into Chevy in the first place. Now Im short of over R6000 for nothing!!!
