NO DELIVERY!!! WORST SERVICE!!!

I am fed up!!! really! Motomia decides to come and deliver my sister's scooter on Saturday without even confirming that we are home. I mean if my phone is off that should tell you that I'm not available!!! how do you pitch up with your truck at my house without confirming that i'm home??? This really baffles me!!! Then to have the audacity to tell me i need to pay for delivery again!!! talk about Bad service!!! The scooter still hasn't been delivered. I have called my sister has called and all we get in response is bad attitude!!! once they have your money they couldn't care less on your delivery! i'm really disappointed, first and last time I have any interactions with Motomia. A Caution to the wise, STAY AWAY from Motomia!!!
