I took my bike 125 XR to Honda Centurion for its first run in service. On the day of my booking the 6th of March as I am standing outside Honda, I was informed none of the technicians will be in to service the bikes and that I should come another time. There was no prior notice and no real regret for telling me I should come at a time that suits them. It took two calls to get another appointment. Besides the service the gear lever selector is coming loose and needed to be tightened which was bough to their attention. After collecting my bike for which there was no call to let me know the bike is ready, the gear lever is still loose and I am a bit concerned about how thorough the service was. This is just bad service from beginning to end. I will try to find another service centre to help me maintain the longevity of my bike.
