Worst Service Eve

I can't understand why is it when my car is due for a service it needs to be in for 2 full days, this is not the first time this has happened to me with you guys. Took my car for a service on the 02/02/2013 and dropped it off at 06:15am in the morning. Picked up the car at about 04:30 the same day, cause got told it's ready and done. Now yesterday my car inspection light is switching on, and the parking light on the left stays on even when the car is off. Gave you guys a call and never got a call back. Funny how when the sales people sold me the car, they said they have the best after service. Bull twang CAUSE FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS ALL I HAVE HAD FROM THEM IS NO SERVICE WITH A NO CARE ATTITUDE. I will make sure i sell this car... and NEVER EVER EVER make the same mistake twice.
