On Friday 6 December 2013 I took my car in for its 30000km service at CR Swart Tommy Martin. Pule Molobi booked my car in and I told him that I work until 5 and he said that I must not worry he will make a plan even if he must wait for me. After they contacted me with a heart attack quote of R3500 for a standard quote John the Manager phoned me and said they will do it for R2200. Pule phoned me at - 15:00 to say my car is ready and I told him to make it easier for him I will make an EFT transfer and faxed the proof to them. I arrived Friday afternoon and my car was not outside as arranged. There was a Sales consultant, Gerhard that waited for his client to pick up her new car (so they would only go that extra mile when a new car is bought). Gerhard tried to help and phoned Pule (no answer) and John (very rude saying they will not release my car because I did not pay) he informed Gerhard that I must come back Saturday. was there Saturday 7th December. The reception said I must go to the part department they will release my car. They also tried phoning John and Pule. Still no car. I was late for work on Saturday because of them!!! I want a refund for the labour charges.
