I have booked in my vehicle this morning at the service station to have my wheel bearings replaced. I have asked the mechanic to use my car and drop me of at work again before commencing with the work and then pick me up after work again. At 5:00 pm I phoned to hear if the mechanic is on his way to pick me up and only then the manager tells me that my vehicle will not be finished today because the supplier did not have the spare. Now in my opinion I would suggested that he should have phoned the supplier before commencing with the work and or phoned me to make alternative arrangements but not not phoning at all. He had the audacity to tell me that it is not his problem if the supplier does not have the spare and that it is a inconvenience to him as well because my vehicle is now using one of his lifts and he can not make money of it. Now at 5 pm I must look for alternative transportation and means of getting home and back to work tomorrow morning.

I will not recommend them for any future work.
