I purchased an X5 to the value of R 850 000.00 with numerous rattles and defects due to bad workmanship. The vehicle was sent into Leo Haese to be fixed, and simply returned without any repairs being affected. The dealer somehow believes that the vehicle should simply be returned again to be taken apart once more. At this cost this is totally unacceptable and constitutes extremely bad customer relations. The damage to the vehicle increases with every attempt to fix the issue.
