Savannah Coachworks
Savannah Coachworks should be shut down!!!

Miscellaneous

I took my car to Savannah Coachworks on instruction of my insurance company Brolink. My claim was approved on the 02nd December 2013 and was told that the Panel Beaters (Savannah Coachworks) will contact me within 24 hours. I eventually had to contact them on approximately the 19th December 2013 to find out if they have received such a request to repair my vehicle. i was then told by a very snobbish receptionist that they are busy and will only be able to help in in January 2014. We confirmed for the 13th January 2014. I took my car there and was not even told exactly what they will be doing to my car or when it will be ready for collection. I decided to call them on the 30th January 2014 to enquire about the progress made on fixing my car. I was then told by Willie that they were waiting for parts (a fog light cap) to come. When i phoned again on Monday, 03 February 2014, Willie said that he was "busy" with clients and that he would call me back. After 2 phone calls on Monday and another two on Tuesday, he never came back to me. I was called yesterday and was told that my car is ready. I had to go there yesterday and today, and the work is still mediocre and inferior...
