Dishonesty with no integraty

On Monday19/08/2013 at - 8:30 my key to my VW City Golf was not working. I went to above mentioned company and asked them to change the battery to my remote. They advised me that my key needs to be reprogrammed and that this will cost met R900. Following the advice of a friend I returned and insisted that they change the batary. The parts consultant still insisted that it is not the battery. After much deliberation he changed the battery to my car remote. It cost me only R100. I feel that they were dishonest and have no work ethics. I thought everybody know
