INCOMPETENCE TO DELIVER

I cannot understand why FNB uses such an incompetent courier company to deliver FNB new credit cards.

After a month of struggling to get my mother's new FNB credit card in our hands, we turn to this platform to report bad service - actually no service at all!

And try to speak to the manager - no success!

One should assume that a courier company has access to maps. This courier company don't know where FNB Lynnwood-branch in The Grove Shopping Centre is, nor where Lynnwood Road in Pretoria is, and try to explain that in Afrikaans!

They can't even deliver if the FNB branch itself contacts them!

I just wonder how we will get hold of my mother's new FNB credit card?
