Worst company with the worst customer service

I've been waiting to hear from them regarding my warranty since last year october. no answers as yet.
cant get hold of them on the phone as the phone just rings and if it gets picked up its the rudest people in the world and does not now who can help you, you must send email on the helpdesk. IF they reply they are very and cant give any answers.i couldnt submit my photos yesterday as there was a error on their website.my comp was fine as i could log onto my internet banking etc EXCEPT for their cllient portal, when i emailed them, they replied 14hours later saying it worked on their side i am the problem and they will not pay me! how can you run a business like this? im so upset with myself for buying through them and will even advise my worst enemy not to but from these people as they are and don't care about service or customer service or just anything that has to do with "doint their job".
please dont buy from them you will be making the worst mistake of your entire life!!!
