Worst Service

I went into the KFC at Rosebank on Saturday 18th January 2014 and ordered chicken pieces, i was told that they did not have stock of Centre breast, much to my confusion. I asked to speak to a manager who was uninterested and couldnt explain why they didnt have any stock. I ordered a Colonel burger instead, which was the worst burger that i have ever had. The roll was stale, the chicken breats dry and hardly had any mayonaise. Having comlained about this branch before, i decided to go straight to KFC Customer Care. I sent an email, got a response saying someone would get hold of me. Im still waiting for any response from them. I even emailed them yesterday giving them a chance to respond before going onto this site. Another 24 hours has gone past with no response. so here i am. This branch of KFC is useless and uninterested and obviously KFC group dont care either.
