Don't know aht they doing

I had issues with a service done and my back brakes replaced. I never got any joy when complained to the manager and owner. Wanted you guys to know what the owner thinks of his clients: Ms Radha, Quite frankly, you have gone to great lengths to communicate your opinion, including a perception about what you believe is appropriate service for what you have paid for. I on the other hand, have 100's of customers who like you drive old, high mileage cars worth very little, who don't take their cars to dealers because they either don't want to pay those prices so look for cheaper alternatives, then behave and expect to be treated as if they are driving a Rolls Royce, and who more often than not, behave unreasonably because they have over inflated opinions of their self importance. This may or may not be you, I however will reserve my opinion and comment. This is the very reason my focus is on whether or not the staff continued to try and resolve issues raised by the complainant, and to what extent they went to try and appease the customer, and how did the customer behave in this process.
