Extremely poor service

I have now been battling since December 2012 to get my car fixed PROPERLY after a major hailstorm that we had. Panelbeating was done but there were numerous other errors/damages caused by Renew-it that weren't there as a result of the hail damage. Despite several promises by them to correct everything, this has STILL NOT been done. Just more than a month ago I was again promised that within 2-3 weeks they would have a courtesy car for me and they would then fix my car. Guess what, it is more than 4 weeks later and still nothing...!!! This despite me having spoken to one of the consultants and promises that a chap called Evan/Evans would phone me to make arrangements. I can't complain any more about their service because THERE IS NO SERVICE!!! They are pathetic and I will definitely NOT refer any one to them!!!
