Renew-It promise of back up service bogus

I have had a Porsche GT3 and a Range Rover repaired last year at Renew It. They are full of promises about completing the job and doing nothing. It is almost, if not a year later and the Porsche is still incomplete as is the Range Rover. They are not geared to deal with luxury cars and do not complete the jobs safely, properly nor within a reasonable period. The Porsche was given to me with a loose right front wheel!! Top marks for safety neglect. I now am calling the directors and they do not bother to return calls. The bad attitude and empty promises seems to be endemic in the company from top to bottom.
