What a drive

Jimmy was asked to drop me at the Panelbeaters in Pretoria North after I had dropped off the courtesy car a Avis. He drives me to Pretoria west to a street named Van Riebeck, and then he tells me you see there is no Koos De la Rey street here. So I say to him but this isn't Pretoria North but West. He then lashes out at me saying why hadn't I dropped the car off at their Zambesi branch because now he has to get lost and waste time. I was taken aback at how he spoke to me. Why is it my problem that he has no sense of direction and that I got the courtesy car @ their branch and not Zambesi. I got the car at their branch as it was convenient for me.

What disgusting attitude! And if dropping me off in Pretoria North was such a problem they why didn't his superiors raise with me?
