BEWARE - THIS GUY STEALS!

I received a pamphlet in my postbox for tree felling in December 2013. Jaco quoted and I was stupid enough to pay a deposit of R2 000. He kept postponing with excuses and to date has done nothing. He about his address on his invoice. He begged me for the balance in order to buy a new chain saw. Family/Friends informed me that I was at least the 7th person he had done this to. Residents in Pretoria North / Pretoria West area, beware and take note.
