Horrific experience, never to use this company!!!

I have been asking for proof of an invoice that was appparently sent to us via email before the removal truck got to our home but i just get ignored. We had to spend a night without any of our belongings because the truck went back to JHB with all our clothes, bags etc because we did not pay them. But when we asked Anlie for an invoice she said not to worry, we will sort it out later. only to find that the manager "Tony" is refusing to let our belonging s be off loaded because they did not recieve payment. The payment would have been made if we would have got an invoice. Anlie said that she did forward the email with the invoice to us but i have been asking for the "sent email with the invoice" for 5 days now and she can't provide it or she is just ignoring me. If she can't prove that the invoice was sent why must I be responsible for the re delivery fee of R2500.00? This is clearly how this company operate and make money out of it's clientele.
Please contact me or send me the proof of the invoice that was send prior 1March 2013.
