VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

About 3 years ago marketers came and promoted this enjin decarboniser at our workplace. They installed it in our vehicles and we signed contract to pay R49 per month per vehicle. This gadgets broke down about 3 weeks ago in both vehicles in the same week. We started calling all numbers on the document but 80% didnt exist anymore. Eventually we got hold of a young man who had all sorts of excuses not to come out. My husband removed the broken rubbish and had to spend a lot of money to replace the plug cables in both vehicles. I then stopped the debit order and then the phone calls came in. Can you believe! We have to post the back to them!!! Or else placed on ITC... Or pay a call out to collect the!! Be aware of these people. Bad bad service and bad bad news. They breached contract by not coming out as promised to fix the. Now they are threatening us and screaming on the phone!! Be warned people, be warned!!!
