Booked my car into have the smash-and-grab refitted, after receiving the vehicle back that same day just after 17h00. I noted a dent on the side panel of the car that was not there when checked in that morning. After long deliberation with the Service Manager (Dominic). They finally conceded to fixing the dent, this was the 10th of January. To date which is almost 2 months now, I am still waiting to have this dent fixed. There are always just one excuse upon another. Its surprising that they still have customers if this the way they serve them.
