Major service not done

Just wanted people to know that you pay for a major service but only a mechanical is checked (ie your bonnet) and the normal oil change

my handbrake was not adjusted
i was not told my exhaust problem - yet the driver picked that up
I was not told of my faulty aircon

when i asked why I am told the guys working are only mechanics

I doubt any checks were done
pls dont call me - thsi is just for the public to be aware
