Cannot repair the bike

I bought 2 similar Big Boy Scooters in Pretoria and had excellent service from Moosa at the gezina branch.
When i started working in Sandton I had a problem with the one. The fuel gauge stopped working and the steering had a strange noise. I took the bike to the Wynberg H/O twice and it was still the same. I took it to Fourways branch although it was far from my workplace. It was still not repaired. I was very glad when Melrose branch opened and got excellent service from Vasco. Unfortunately he did not do servicing and the bike went back to Fourways. I received the bike back and the gauge was again not working AND the sound was still there. I arranged for the bike to be picked up on Monday the 25th of Feb. From Thursday I started calling as it was now 4 days and i did not receive ANY feedback. I explained that I had to park my bakkie at the Gautrain the week end and they charge R85 per day =R255.THEY PROMISED TO PHONE ME BACK.NOTHING HAPPENED and I had to phone. They could not repair it in time as there were no spares available. It was just before 3pm and I could not go and pick it up as it is too far. I told them I learned my lesson with Big Boy and will pay the parking.
