Nissan Witbank
Customer service!!! What is that!!!

Cars & Transport

On the 29 of April 2013 I traded in both of my vehicles a Nissan NP200 "12 and a Renault Scenic "05 at Nissan Witbank in Mpumalanga on a Mazda CX 7. I have Had problems with the vehicle since the day I bought it and after numerous attempts they could not fix the vehicle. I requested to give the vehicle back and found out that there was a amount which I then had to pay back to Nissan to cancel this deal. I am willing to pay but my problem is that I requested documentation as for what I am going to be paying for. The initial amount they said that was LOADED onto the vehicle was R57000 but NO DOCUMENTATION could be shown. After many arguments I have now received an INVOICE stating that I now have to Pay R97000. Still not stating what I am paying for. My contract for the vehicle states that there were "EXTRAS" on the vehicle to the value of approximately R43000 that according to me was the Shortfall that they were talking about. I would like to share my whole story but limited space is available I have got VOICE RECORDINGS AND CONTRACTS which all contradict each other. I am confused and want to do the right thing but I do not want to pay anyone's commission or bonus!!! PLEASE HELP
