MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN

Bought an item in Durban that was sent via courier UTI.

I tracked it as follows:

28 Feb 2013 08:34 SUN (Johannesburg) On Delivery
27 Feb 2013 10:51 SUN (Johannesburg) Branch Scan
27 Feb 2013 05:43 SUN (Johannesburg) Received at Branch
26 Feb 2013 18:30 SUN (Durban) WeighStation Small
26 Feb 2013 18:07 SUN (Durban) Out Of Vehicle

I was told this item was supposed to be delivered to me Wednesday and I did expect it on Wednesday. But I called and they said it was scanned out late, they would deliver Thursday. Thursday it left for delivery at 08h34, 15h16 I'm still waiting for this parcel!!! I don't understand why it wasn't delivered on Wednesday in the first place as it was received in Johannesburg at 05h43. Its so pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Your service. Now I gotta stay on the phone trying to find out where the this thing is for the umpteenth time!
