At 7h00 on 15 February 2013 I took my vehicle the service department becaue I had a problem with my aircon. At around 12h30 I rephoned to find out about the vehicle. He then informed me that I will not get the vehicle back because they had to send the vehicle to a aircon place to have it looked at. I then phoned the service manager, David, who said he will look into it. After about 10 min someone phoned me to say that the aircon gas was empty. He said that I had to pay over R700 to have it re gassed, I then asked if this will affect my warranty if I did it privately. He said no and I told him to leave the vehicle outside for me to collect. On Saturday I made a arrangement for a aircon specialist to come and re gassed the aircond. He charged me a call out fee of R200 only to inform me that it was a electrical fault. I took it back to Allen Joss but they cant assist me with a courtesy vehicle for two weeks so i still have the same problem.
