Squezy Noise when braking or reversing

Poor Service/Repairing
I have reported to Lexus South Africa that my IS 250 is making a squezy noise when reversing (braking) and they have failed more than once to fix the problem and every time when i took the car for service i have reported to the dealer as well and the dealer blames Lexus SA for not supporting them to resolve the issue.
