Car crashed into and wall by workshop employee

In 2012 August 18 I took my car to AutoClinic or AutoDoctor for a service and I asked them to check my brakes. After a month of driving my car that is after the service a nissan tidda 2008 model I realised that my brakepads still make a noise. After giving birth to a baby boy via LSC on th e27/09/2012 upon discharge on the 02October I took the car back and asked them to check the problem. I couldnt wait for the car since I had left a 4 day old baby. I asked them to send me back home with a driver. My home is about 6 km away in Naturena. After about 2 to 3 hours of the drop off around 15:30. I phoned by Andre and told that my car has crashed into a wall by an employee. It rolled down the street since the handbrake was down. Anyway they promised to repair it. After 5 days my fiance and nephew went to ask about the car. They found the car was repaired with a body filler and very poor workmanship was carried out. i phoned my insurance then my car was towed and in Dec my car was written off. The insurance company paid but there is a R18 333 shortfall that needs to be paid and Jeff the owner is not budging. I really need help. he damaged my car and he doesnt give a. I have no car.
