Poor quality workmanship

I paid in good faith with honest hard earned money this corrupt so called businessman for a quality guaranteed job They came Wednesday the 7th to erect my new precast wall. The job was supposed to be done in one day. When I arrived home after work at 18:00 the guys were halfway done with the job. I phoned william and he said he always is always having trouble with this specific team but assured me they will come back early the next day to repair the wall that was laying forward. They arrived late the next day, they pushed the wall up straightand completed the job.when I came home the wall was still hanging forward and the colours did not match from the one end to the other. I paid in anyway as william promised me he will come back personally to see that it is done right. He talked $#@? Friday our power went off. I phoned city power to come and see. They testef and said the cable was damaged where the new wall was.i phoned william he said he can only come out on monday to look at the pronlem with his brother in law qho is an electrician. I had a cold dark long weekend. Hired a generator at my own expense just to have some light. Took monday of work. Until today no sign of willia
