Replacement Key Order not delivered

I placed an order for a key on the 25 January 2013 with Renault Route24 in Edenvale with a consultant confirming the order was confirmed. I was adviced the key would be ready for collection in 2 weeks, which i made a follow up in that period but adviced to call on again on Monday 11 Feb '13 then Tuesday 12 Feb and requested him to give me a courteousey call updating me on where the key was, but there was no feedback given from Ivano. I escalated the matter to Werna the service manager on 22 February 13 and he confirmed my order was not reflecting on the system. i immediately adviced him i was going to escalate to head office and spoke to Mzwandile who confirmed the key had just been ordered by the branch. I wanted to escalate further but he adviced to rather escalate to Bill - Dealer Principal at Renault Route24. whom i've left numberous messages with the receptionist Yvonnne and hasnt returned any of my calls. i havent heard any feedback from the branch thus far and have reescalated again to head office. I'm frustrated / angered by the extremely poor service and the inconvenience caused to me and my family without anyone taking accountability!!!
