Extremely poor customer service feedback

It seems like there is a common trend with Renault and poor service feedback to customers. I took my Renault Sandero 2013 model to Bryanston branch for a mechanical fault with my drivers seat. The weld on the chair had broken. I waited 2 weeks to find out from Wendy Gregory if my claim had been approved. No phone call in 2 weeks from Wendy. I made the calls to Wendy to find out what is going on. The excuses i was given was that they had staff issues and the Johannesburg motor show was on so most staff had gone to this. It has been 2 and half weeks since i phoned Wendy. I decided to call customer care today and low and behold 2 minutes later i received the very first call from Wendy informing me that the part should be arriving on Monday/Tuesday next week and i can bring my vehicle in next week Wednesday to have the chair replaced. How coincidental. I refused to accept her apologies and feel that she is offering a disservice to the Bryanston branch as well as the Renault brand. The least she could have done was pick up the phone and update me on the status of my claim. If this is the type of service Renault is offering i am really scared about taking my car in for its first service.
