Worst Car dealership in Africa

My car broke, 3 months ago. Was sent to ford global mynlyn for repairs. They had to replace he engine. Its 3months later and i still dont have my car. They never answer the phones, and when they do, no one is avialable to talk to you, they are either on training or on lunch, and i get told they would call me back, but they never do. My car is full of scrathces and damages and wheel centre caps missing after they handles my car. I am very unhappy, and no one should ever buy a ford. The service is terrible. They dont care.
