Brand New Chery brakes twice in 9 days

I bought my brand new Chery on the 29th of Januay, the wheelbalancing was out, the battery that was in the car was already 2 years old and not the original battery. On the 2nd of February the engine started making severe noises, so I took it to the AA. They reported an oil leak on the engine, loose pipe on the manifold and severe engine noises on 2000RPM. I took the car to the McCarthy workshop where they reported that there is no faults on the vehicle and that the AA report is incorrect. I took the car back to the AA immediately since I paid R1490.00 for the Technical Report, where the Mechanic at the AA showed me exactly where the faults was and that they are there indeed. So on the 14th the car broke down and had to be towed, the workshop informed me that it was the fuel pump relay that was faulty so they fixed it. Yesteday exactly 9 days later the cars waterpump broke in Hoopstad, so they had to tow the car back to Bloem and my husband had to fetch me. It's been exactly 24 days since I reported this the first time and still nothing has been resolved since they informed me that while the vehicle is under warranty they will fix it, but that is unacceptable. I demand a new vehicle
