20 shades of disappointment

I went to VW NTT and was persuaded to buy the new GOLF 7 that was on the floor. My problems:
-I did not receive a quotation.
-Finance was applied for without a quotation.
-I was promised the car on the floor. It was sold to someone else.
-I was kept being told the car is yours. Then it became someone elses, without me knowing.
-After the finance was approved, nobody bothered to notify me. After 12 days, If I had not phoned, I wonder if they eventually would of phoned or not cared.
-After complaining to VW SA, within 20 minutes the manager of NTT VW phones me to ask why I dint come to pick the car. The funny thing is, its not even the same car. I was asked to choose another car.
-I was told by VW that I was contacted and made aware that the car was being sold. Thats a lie.
-I still never got to see the quotation.
-After going there two times. I was asked to come back to re-consider. How many times do I need to walk in to buy a car.
-To make up, I was offered free smash and grab. But im sure the car I wanted already had smash and grab.
-At the end, there was no good reason for me to go back and reconsider. I was to before, so whats different now.
