I had my Ford Fiesta serviced on 21 Feb 2013, when I got my car back the alarm kept on going off for no reason... constantly. I took the car back (Reyno the Service Manager) reset my car's system assuring me that the problem is solved, when I got to the office to NO surprise the alarm once again kept on going off. This meant I had to drive back to town and take the car in AGAIN which by the way is far from where I work as I work on a mine. I have also reported that my car cuts out when stopping at a traffic light or stop-street, this I have reported as follows on last year's services, on this year's service on 23 Feb and when I took the car back on 25 FEB... STILL THE CAR HAS THE SAME PROBLEM!!!
A bit of history - About a year back on my car's first service Ford Garage broke my passenger seat I begged them to fix it for NO less then 6 months... it took Reyno 6 months to replace a seat... what a joke!
OVER ALL I AM TIERD OF EASTVAAL FORD WITBANK'S VERY BAD SERVICE EVERY TIME I GO THERE I HAVE A BAD SERVICE ISSUE... this needs to stop, please help me get the service I deserve as I paid a lot of money to get my dream car... now I am confronted with non service from them!!!
