Hi Peter I'm so tired of talking to east vaal Ford in Witbank I don't know how do they take me sa warranty called me last Friday morning asking for a letter from East vaal Ford that states EAST VAAL FORD didn't do any repairs on my car, I tried contacting them same morning after that call they never responded via email then same morning I decided to drive from pretoria to Witbank since that letter is so holding my car not to be started with repairs in henco services, When I got there at East vaal Ford I spoke to Andre swart and he assured me that they will write the letter as in now that was past 12pm I gave them the email details who to send it to at sa warranty and asked them to mail me a copy also and guess what they never did bother to write that letter, This morning I have mailed the sa warranty guy asking him about the letter and his answer was NO I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY LETTER FROM EAST VAAL FORD that was 8am this morning I took time again and wrote another email to andre swart till now he never came back to me and it's 10 am... what hurts me the most I wasted my time and money and my petrol driving from pretoria to Witbank to go and beg for the letter and at the end got nothing
