Bad Service

Please stop me if I ever buy another Mercedes again. Bedfordview is the worst dealer I have ever come across. I have a 2008 ML 320 CDI which has been problematic lately. The car has 93000kms on the clock. Turbo has failed, diesel has leaked more than once etc... I can go on and on. I live in Edenvale so, Bedforview is the closest branch to me. This morning my car is displaying a malfuntion and I avoided going there to be looked at like I have no brain cell. I called to check if someone can have a look and tell me if the car has to be booked in to be fixed. Adeline who books car in tells me they can only have a look at my car on the 11th of March. This is not for service but for looking to see if the malfunction is not something small. I actually don't know what to do now. She did not even give me the opportunity to explain to someone like a technician or a service manager what the problem is. Not thatI think he would have told me anything different anyway, I have had numerous encounters with him and in the end nothing ever happens. Because of time and distance I can only go to this one and all I can say is, it big time.
