Dear Outsurance. Your caring and helpful demeanor fills my heart with that warm fuzzy feeling. NOT. After a minor fender bender I was told to book my vehicle into an autobody shop, from YOUR list of service providers. It was booked in on 5 September, I received my rental car and settled down for the two week wait I was told of. Here we are, nearly three weeks later and not one thing has been done to my vehicle. The autobody shop refers to the "strike" If they knew this would be an issue, why did they accept my vehicle? If Outsurance had any concern for my situation they would have sorted this issue before advising me to book in the car. In addition, dear Outsurance also simply throws their hands in the air as I approach the end of my rental period.

Time to come to the party boys. Firstly you, Outsurance, need to get hold of the Autobody Shop, get to the bottom of the problem and find a solution. That is your job, not mine. This solution should involve getting my car fixed to best-practice standard as soon as possible, even if it implies moving it to another repairer. I must also be free to drive the rental car at your cost until YOU sort out this mess. I await your response
